Chancer Posted April 15, 2017 Share Posted April 15, 2017 G'day, I've been using Revo Uninstaller for a while with no issues. Since creators update to Windows 10, if I use Revo to install a program it won't save at the end of the installation. I have to reboot the PC or use task manager to shut down Revo. steven36 Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 When I tested it i bsod when i try to monitor a installer with Revo Pro .I tested with Total.Uninstall.Pro also it was fine , Normal uninstall is fine with REVO . I not tired a older version yet to see if it's version specific. My logs say i'm having problems with revoflt.sys conflicting with the Windows NT kernel space (ntoskrnl.exe) SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION Old problem even it's happen before on win 10 in 2015 the need too update the revoflt.sys https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/bsod-revofltsys-systemserviceexception/0b504c4f-875e-46e9-939e-93e3c44b1e5a It happen on windows 8 before too https://www.eightforums.com/bsod-crashes-debugging/40681-bsod-event-viewer-issues.html Seems like revoflt.sys is a faulty driver that needs updated every time windows is updated.
