The admin team of Putlocker.is team somehow seems to have managed to bypass the DNS blackhole imposed by the registrar after a court ban. Torrent Freak, however, notes that Putlocker.is is now registered by the same admin who has control over Putlocker.ch. This is the “new” owner who took over the .is domain late last year after Putlocker.is was first banned.

 

Whatever the reason, online movie viewers can now enjoy viewing movies on the streaming website without a hitch until the authorities and media companies bring new blocks on them. Am I the only one who gets suspicious when a website is blocked or taken down and then mysteriously appears again?  This is a common tactic used by LEOs to gather information or gain access to systems that are accessing the site.  You could be getting more than a movie in your 'stream'.  Personally I wouldn't even go to the site to see if it was working, but then I do know more about things like this than the average user.

It's not illegal to stream  videos in all countries. It's not even a felony to stream videos in the USA from these sites .You remember pro Hollywood Obama trying to make it a felony ?  Well it never happened .

They use 3rd party filehost like 1000s of other streaming sites do,  they dont even host there own content , meaning they could of uploaded it or the links could have been stolen from other streaming sites, .many sites do this, they steal links from other sites to make money from ads..  Why would a viewer be worried about streaming videos in the USA?  it's just a petty crime and Trump dont have no love for Hollywood like Obama did..  There not after the viewer no way  there after the people who run these sites  because they are making money trough ads and filehost..

There not affiliated with the real Putlocker  witch was a filehost . They shut down along time ago , Like a lot  of streaming sites and download portals they named there site after a filehost back when  Putlocker was still working. They stole the  Putlocker name is all. The site did not vanish tell it's domain expired ether.. the way it went was the sites was still there just the sites they owned  stop being functional and they were ghost sites and the owner never said what happen. So any no one really knows what happen.

As far as streaming sties i would never use any of these sites there are much better ones around  that  have a lot of filehost  to choose from and dont make you just trough hoops  of ads  just too watch a movie ..If i have too  adjust my browser and my adblocker to view a video or install flash I just leave and go somewhere else because these sites are a dime a dozen .
