[Solved] speedtest show me a fake ip

Happy new year to everyone a question...why my pc whenever go on speedtest.net for a speed show me another country with another ip address???? Instead If I go in my router settings it's show me the real ip address that of my internet provider give me In past I've used hotspotshield but now I've unistalled it...I've tried to restore my network in windows 10 setting but nothing I've tried ipconfig /flushdns command but nothing.... in your opnion what's the matter? 

 

my os is windows 10 pro x64 

my lan is a realtek integreted with last drivers

my internet settings is Kis 2017

hotspotshield settings still on your browser

try resetting them from edge and your other browsers

I've already verified but the settings are normal

Solved!!!! the problem is the "stealth modality" of adguard disabling this modality everything works correctly...thanks however to everyone for replies and help HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!
