Sylence Posted December 15, 2016 Share Posted December 15, 2016 I'm looking for a way to use 2 network adapters and set one for upload and other one for download only, for the whole OS or only a specific program, using Windows 10 x64. any thoughts? Its much easier to do with Server versions but can also be done on 10 x64.
