2TB USB? - SOLVED

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I just have a quick question, do 2TB USB's exist? I ask because as far as I know, 1TB is the max. A friend recommended a site called wish.com to me, and on that site there are several 2TB USB's, and the reviews seem, for the most part, to confirm that they are really 2TB. Here is a link to one going at the moment for 11 euro,

https://www.wish.com/search/2tb usb#cid=57abf51aabd6d018985e29b9

Thanks in advance,

1tb is not the capacity of the flash drive. even 500gb not exist in this world men.

take a look at the capacity not the title

here on lazada the title was

1TB Metal waterproof storage U disk—black

but the capacity was

on 32gb was the highest

dont be ignorant haha

Here is a collection of amazingly cheap 1 TB and 2 TB flash drives - many priced lower than similarly sized hard disks. *** HOW DO THEY DO IT? - THEY DON'T *** These are all fake capacity flash drives. Low capacity 8GB or 16GB drives that have been hacked (controller chip settings altered) so that they will report a false inflated capacity to Windows properties and other devices. They will actually work normally under low usage, which is why they fool many buyers at first. But once their true (low) capacity is exceeded, they will start *quietly* corrupting your data. The files may look okay in their folders, but you'll eventually discover most or all of your valuable data irretrievably gone. Google "eBay fake flash" to learn more about this scam.

The officially biggest drive currently available is just 1TB I think.

Hmm... I know at least 512GB's exist and are legit. I have a Kingston HyperX one. 1TB is the largest right now as far as I know. Hopefully this helps! :)
