kevpc Posted July 5, 2016 Share Posted July 5, 2016 hi all. i wonder if anyone can throw some light at a problem i have started getting with this and other versions of ATI,please? for whatever reason, when i now try to get to recover my ssd, when i get to the click on part to 'recover disk' the software seems to disappear and i have a load of text on screen which eventually asks me to put a usb flash drive into my computer and files are written to it which are actually an Acronis System Report. i haven't had that until today and it's after something caused a serious crash which led to a reinstall (because Acronis wouldn't load a recovery image). if anyone knows what's going on, i'd be very grateful for any info you can give me many TIA Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
