Try complete uninstall IDM with good registry cleaning try; http://www.totaluninstaller.com/program-uninstall-center/uninstall-internet-download-manager/ There is total uninstall latest fix and portable within the forum. I dont have this issue ive not deleted my list since may 8th why do you want keep 500 files in you're download folders? ..after i get so many .ether delete the ones i dont want too keep or move them off my main HHD . I cant stand a dirty house you're PC should be treated like you're house and keep it clean and nice and neat . I heard some users complaining they was getting crashes using it with windows 10 they thought it was crack related . I use windows 8.1 when they dont list what they fix it makes me suspicious i seen them kill generic patches like 100 times in my life . I downloaded crack exe from here before the Reis patch was ever made and after a week or so they would stop working .only way to test this app fully is use a ip sniffer and keep setting you're clock up and down and make it call out checks if it stops working then the patch is broke. its not been that long ago he added VPKey to blacklist you if a patch or firewall misses a check then your blacklisted tell you remove they key. so for me its not worth using it registered anymore.. i found a more simple way that's been working for me for a year now .
