Program was registered upon launch. I tried launching the application both ways : as admin and as limited user (Win 7 x64). My application window looks exactly like the one in OP. Am I right ? That is correct. I'm not sure what the issue is. I just ran the portable again, this time on my main PC, and it was unregistered as you said.
