straycat19 Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 Note to those with ASUS motherboards: As reported on its information page, installing KB 3133977 can result in system-boot failures on Windows 7 PCs. Some ASUS motherboards might enable Secure Boot, which Win7 doesn't support. An ASUS support page gives instructions for changing UEFI settings. The update is intended to fix BitLocker failures with specific corporate setups.
