it works but the register accepts the serial but when the program is closed and re-open it comes back as an evaluation version

I got it (Thanks !!), green-ized it easily using UE - entered the free reg. info - it took it fine.

Closed & re-opened it, still fine.

I'll try it again after re-booting & see how it goes...
