HX1 Posted October 9, 2015 Share Posted October 9, 2015 First you need to turn off Archiving options... make sure that your email server access does not have these options enabled.. if they are available. Then you can right-click and Remove or Delete the folder...where it will go to Trash or Deleted and then you empty that folder to get rid of it. Also do not use the Automated Clean up Folders options as it will move thos items to Archive instead of Deleted usually and create it again.
