cell0ne Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 Word,Excel all crashing and the reason may be is this,When I go to the My Account page to download and do the installation that way, I get a message saying there is no purchase associated with that account!It is being advised to run a fix to uninstall office and then reinstall again- never worked. Ballistic Gelatin Posted June 17, 2015 Share Posted June 17, 2015 You might try Windows System Restore and go back to a point before you started experiencing this issue. cell0ne Posted June 18, 2015 Author Share Posted June 18, 2015 I think this crash has some relation with this message,The account isn't associated with this Office product" message when I try to sign in to my office account so the product(office 2013)is not recognised by Windows/Microsoft. sefton22 Posted June 18, 2015 Share Posted June 18, 2015 here's a couple of options:- completely uninstall MSO (or just the recent updates if you can) and then re-install- Use the UNOFFICAL portable version of MSO2013- Upgrade to 2013/ 2015 VL using a KMS activator (you can get the old ribbon back using Classic Menu For Office - Office is FREE to use online @ https://office.live.com/start/default.aspx Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
