masterupc Posted April 28, 2015 Share Posted April 28, 2015 Well1. Make sure the device is enabled in the device manager.2. Make sure the device is working ok... you can reinstall/upgrade the usb3 drivers from the mb vendor. I would uninstall the drivers first. After installation is done, restart.3. In BIOS, make sure the usb3 is enabled... if it is, disable it, save the changes, restart, enter BIOS again, enable it, save the changes and restart again. With this check steps 1 and 2.If nothing of this works, disable usb3 in bios and forget about it. It may be a MB failure.Good luck! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
