If not then I would say that is crashing the app for no download directory is created. They should fix that but still say it is either permissions or AV stopping it. Its closing (crashing) because of no error handler in the code. Maybe they missed that? Who knows but that is a problem....app "should" if not allowed to create on desktop, show another location to pick as download location. Not good coding but like I said, maybe they missed that.
