What I need download for x32 bit, .exe or .msi? What difference?

If your Machine Architecture 32 Bits [known x86] you should download 32Bits If you're on 64Bits [known x64] download 64Bits

When your PC Normal you can used both ext MSi or EXE

*.EXE files >>>> EXE

*.MSI FIles >>>> MSI

What is the "Extra" version in SourceForge?

Maybe you can put it in Universal Extractor and update it without extracting 7zip installler . But you can just extract the 7zip installler with Universal Extractor and do the samething. ;)

Of course I know, my Windows is x32bit. For x64 is only .msi! But why need 2 files .exe and .msi for x32bit Windows, this is my question?

in that case, you need to read why .msi exist (the extension, not 7-zip.msi)

the wiki should help

you should ask too why no .exe for x64

For me always EXE worked better, I sometimes had issues installing MSI installers
