Jake Logan Posted November 28, 2014 Share Posted November 28, 2014 this whole thing has been twisted out of all proportions.that kid that got shot was a criminal and a fugitive.he robbed a store took a box of cigars ( there is video evidence of this) ...was walking in the middle of the street, an officer rolls up and simply asks him to get out of the street and the kid attacks the officer. a struggle ensued for the oficer's weapon shots were fired, the officer gave chase,the kid turns around and begins to run towards the officer with his head down as if to ram like a footbal linebacker ( hence the headshot in the top of his head) 3 separate autopsies were performed.the guy was a criminal and a fugitive and made several lapses in decision making.he robbed a storehe disobeyed a command to get out of the streethe attacked a police officer.he got shot and killed for his efforts.case closed.now on the flip side I do think that if that officer noticed he matched the description called over the radio about the robbery then perhaps he should have called for backup and perhaps he might have lived?who knows, we cannot roll the clock backwards.at any rate it is a tragedy that this has been turned into a opportunity for the race baiters like Al Sharpton to make a buck.sad indeed. In the US you are not a criminal nor guilty of any crime until a jury of peers say so. You can be arrested and charged but are considered innocent until proven beyond a doubt otherwise.
