jpcummins Posted October 30, 2014 Share Posted October 30, 2014 Recently I downloaded and installed Ashampoo Snap 7 a Giveaway Program. When I start the program I have two arrows on the screen, one up arrow and one down down arrow. These are anoying and I would like to remove them. I don't know if they can be removed, if so how, or if they are part of the program I will need to live with. Anyone have the answer? jackieo Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 I use snap - thats the 1st time loading bit that shows you how the program works, simply uncheck this box, click "Close" and the arrows will go away :)IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DONT SEE THAT SCREEN THIS WILL GET IT BACK -Find the Snap icon in the system tray, and right click on it, revealing a menu ... left click on "configure"that brings up this box, left click on Configuration, and then GeneralThen click the "Reset (show) Introduction Windows" button, this will bring back the arrows and the intro box with the "show this help window next time" optionHave Fun! :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
