ah, look carefully what OP asked for. thanks anyway. I'm gonna keep one of them, on Linux. well, now I use uTorrentPlus ( :pirate:) on Windows :D

µTorrent - absolutely firewalled against advertisements (a guide which I have not yet shared.) ^_^

edit: share the guide please :)

µTorrent Plus - the biggest man-made bloatware that did not germinate from the original Developer (just my 2 cents.)

Sorry, if I ruffled a few feathers . . . . . . . . . . . . g4ZwQYe.gif

Shall certainly publish a guide - it overrides your µTorrent settings (advertisements shall remain blocked even if µTorrent is mis-configured or hijacked by malware.)

If i were u i wud have preffered utorrent

bcoz con of QBIT is

lack of easy UI-it feels sluggish ,unpolished UI

although it is less resource hogger but memory issue will not be an issue with most users

which i feel in my case utorrent is better and also millions of users use it so i think they might not be made a wrong choice of choosing utorrent

Hope u got Your answer

Regards

If I must choose between Deluge or qBittorrent, I'd go with Deluge.

Couldn't get Deluge to shutdown (if I recall correctly), the "prevent suspend" plugin did not work (needs updating), so I'm forced to disable Windows going into standby . qBittorrent did not have a shceduler (If I remember correct, but it was definitely missing something I did require in a client). But overall, I liked Deluge more.

But I use Tixati. It's the best client, with all the necessary features and a great scheduling implementation. My Opinion though.

I never download torrent directly. Actually I can't due to my ridiculously slow connection. I use furk.net for my must have torrent downloads.

2Old2Remember

I use qBittorrent and or TorrentRover to search for torrents and Tixati to download them. I'm loving TorrentRover, just wish it had more search plugins.

Note: qBittorrent needs python runtime for the search feature to work.

Always use a meta search engines to search

Coz the content in every torrent is same

Unlike Murphy 78 's TPB

That's it... There might be 1 or more content changes...

Rest is all same

I use a meta search engine like
