And Many Other ) & the Ability In Almost every Case To Unpack Them Or Monitor what Files & Registry Entries , Other Stuff.... Etc Are Dumped Into OS Then COmes Stage Of How To Make Use Of Available Cracks . Patches Reg COdes ..... etc Supplied By Cracks whether From Scene Or P2p Groups & Integrating Them Properly Then Tweaking app Settings As Desired to Be Set On The Target Device in the final stage assembly where to make your own customized installer which Composed of the needed Files settings Med & all together into One Build Very Basic repack I Made While Ago ----------------------------------------------------Revo Uninstaller Pro 3.0.8 [X86-X64] Multilangual Pre Activated By ROSERevo Uninstaller Pro 3.0.8 Original Installer Type /Inno Setup / Unpack Installation File Using Inno Extractor You Get Bunch Of Files & Script /Missing Lines as Extraction Won't Give You The Original Complete Script/Taking Backup Of Files That Are Needed To Be patched Applying XenoCoder Patch On Target Files & Here We Got 2 For x86 Systems And 2 FOr X64 Systems renaming the Patches Files as it was In it's Original Build and To Be Replaced With of course I Installed The Software On My Os then I tweaked It's Setting like Disabling Auto Updates and context Menu handlers ,Disabling auto start up ..... in this example exporting required Reg Key after adjusting the setting........then Writing New Script using The extracted one to Make The Job Easier adding changes I made & Many Other Custom Stuff as Desired .....built the stuff Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can you write that you know? experience comes with time & Learning Everything nanoman said above is true. Software packaging/repackaging requires knowledge, experience, and a lot of patience.In order to properly repackage a program, you will need to know it works inside and out. By that, I mean you need to know ALL its files, registry entries, working directories, software dependencies, etc. Back in the days, everything had to be done manually because there wasn't a lot of tools available that can help accomplish this task. No install tracers, no system snapshot and compare, no virtualized environment, etc. It was extremely difficult and time consuming to repackage softwares, especially the huge softwares with tons of components and dependencies. There is definitely going to be a lot of trial and error involved. You're gonna spend a lot of time installing and uninstalling your repackaged software to test if everything is working properly.Generally speaking, software packaging/repackaging is a complicated and very time consuming task, especially if you are aiming to do it properly. That is why if you do not have a lot of patience, you might not be to successfully repackage a software properly. That is the main reason why I stopped doing it. I no longer have as much patience as I used to. Believe it or not, I used to do this a lot for my own personal use, to make it easier for me to deploy softwares. If you search "firefox totoymola" (without the quotes) on Google, you'll probably see some of the few packages that I shared back in the days.I don't consider myself as an expert, especially because I haven't been repackaging softwares for a very long time.
