Not tried it myself, but so far has all Panda full package been in all languages, which Panda at all uses... Only stub installers are sometimes only one language. Like this stub installer also is.

When you start the installation, you can immediately see, whether gives the option the language selection. If not, then only need to change or add the language pack. For Panda it is very simple.

Language should be selected during the installation and install only the selected language. Therefore, when using this stub installer, you will not be the option to change the language later.
