Malwarebytes' my fav for some years now, never disapointed me.
When i need to clean a friend's computer, it's the first thing i do, then i run adwcleaner and most of the time it's enough.

Before that i was an afficionados of Spybot, but that was a long time ago.

A few days ago malware bytes wont start to make a a scan, even with the cameleon tools,so i download the portable version make a scan and hi finds 3 malware's so i delete them ,and malwarebytes opens again and works like before.

Malwarebytes can scan also in Safe Mode - did you try to scan in Safe Mode ?

Yes I've given up on full security suites and just have malwarebytes premium running with windows defender in windows 8.1.I use comodo dragon with secure dns as my ie.Seems to work well so far.
