apandada1 Posted July 21, 2014 Share Posted July 21, 2014 I have a office 2013 (activated over skype in February 2013) on my old Windows 7 desktop.A few days ago, I bought a new laptop with Windows 8.1 pre-installed.I cannot activate over telephone as it says "Sorry, it cannot be activated"I tried to use Microsoft Toolkit 2.5 to backup and restore the license but cannot find the "License Backup" tab in Windows 8.1!How to copy the activation from my desktop and load it in my laptop without loosing the activation of my authentic Windows 8.1 or anything like that?
