None of the above I'd no more use a "Cloud Service" than fly in the air it has to be here on my machines under my control beyond prying eyes and with backups on another machine.

i'd vote for a hard drive in a strong box inside a bank's vault. at least with that you KNOW for sure that your data IS secure in every possible way for years to come. heck, it might even outlive YOU!
