Had imagined something on this lines when he posted that there'll be no more updates

I'm pretty sure, I won't be using the combo software it will attach with. So 5.3.0.0 it is.

Oh hi, sledge — good to see you back. :)

No worries take your time — you might want to also take a look at your Simple DNSCrypt tutorial (the GUI has changed drastically on the latest builds.)

thanks dcs for the heads up

I'm running AdGuard 6.2.437.2171 without any issue.

I thought you had applied for beta testing for AG's product sometime last year as I remember.

This is a nightly channel update for AdGuard. Please be aware that this update channel is untested and unstable.

## Version 6.3.937.3149

* [Feature(regression)] Update TDI, WFP drivers and libs: #2089
* [Fix] App has crashed while closing from tray: #2019
* [Fix] CSP issue at github.com: #2151
* [Fix] The issue with FIPS: security error on license check: #1033

i am sure its to try and beat the patched dll posted  as can see : security error on license check

stay with 6.2.437.2171   for now is best

i think it's not a wisdom of you to use a fix  for Adguard night or Adguard beta as they collect infromation as they can about their product from you ! and alternative  you can get a free legal 1 year of beta as i know .

Don't think so as the issue mentioned is almost 2 year old.

@0bin What filter list is pi-hole based on? Anywhere I could have a look at the filters or hosts that it uses?

@Undertaker there are many other lists you can deploy, also from here:

https://filterlists.com/

You will need to check what is blocked inside those lists, and whitelist, for example, many of them not like:

login.live.com

But is needed for Microsoft Services.

I just realised pi-hole doesn't have dnscrypt facility right? And there is no provision to use one without damaging the work of one another.

So, it's ok. I was thinking I would adopt some of them in my Acrylic configuration.

I had a windows reinstall today, so decided to go for a change.

No worries though activation was still intact with the latest nightly that I checked out yesterday.
