Hi all...i have this problem on device manager

Unknown device

>device type Other devices

>manufacture Unknown

>Location on Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Embedded Controller

Error description

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.
To find a driver for this device, click Update Driver.
when i check for update,it's bluetooth driver
but when installing this update,my laptop BSOD...why?how to fix it?
big thank's for your help.... :)
NB : i already installed bluetooth driver from manufacture website (Lenovo)

Right click properties. Details tab. Click the down arrow, Hardware ID.. Copy the first listing. It should start with PCI\VEN

. Google search that line and click on the link at refers to the drivers you are missing

you can also use aida64 to see the hardware chipset and get manufacturer drivers

in pci devices

example atheros 9xxx is the chipset of my wifi card

this is it's hardware id in device manager:

"USB\VID_0CF3&PID_9271&REV_0108"

I love how everyone repeats the same sentence over and over again instead of reading what the previous poster posted, yes, Hardware ID, after seeing it suggested 3 times, i repeat it again, to make a zero difference.
