Note: sharecodes should only be used when providing fixes, for normal downloads you can use direct links.

Downloading using sharecodes
When someone presents you with a Site and a Sharecode the only thing you have to do is attach the Sharecode to the site and enter the result in your address bar (obviously you still have to press enter after that :P).

Example:
If someone posts

you should click the link (http://www.mediafire.com/) and let it load in the background. Then click the sharecode (?testtest123), copy it, add it to the link and click.

Sharing/posting using sharecodes

Single link
When you uploaded a fix you should copy the download link to the post in which you want to provide this download. After that you should add the [ site ] (without spaces) open and close tags and the [ sc ] (without spaces, sc = sharecode) open and close tags (site should be opened before http:// and closed after .com/, .org/, etc. and sc should be opened right after the site close tag and close at the end of the link).

Example:
You want to post the link 'http://www.mediafire.com/?testtest456'. You add the [ site ] (without spaces) open and close tags and the [ sc ] (without spaces, sc = sharecode) open and close tags.
[site]http://www.mediafire.com/[/site][sc]?testtest456[/sc]

Now it will look like this:

Multiple links
When you uploaded a download containing a fix you should copy the download links into a Paste2.org paste and copy the link to this paste into your post. After that you should add the [ site ] (without spaces) open and close tags and the [ sc ] (without spaces, sc = sharecode) open and close tags (site should be opened before http:// and closed after .com/, .org/, etc. and sc should be opened right after the site close tag and close at the end of the link).

Example:
You want to post the link 'http://paste2.org/p/889743'. You add the [ site ] (without spaces) open and close tags and the [ sc ] (without spaces, sc = sharecode) open and close tags.
[site]http://paste2.org/[/site][sc]p/889743[/sc]

Now it will look like this:

Quote

Site: http://paste2.org/
Sharecode[?] : p/889743

Updated ;)

Please use Paste2.org for multiple sharecodes and also try to make sure that you end the [ site ] tag with .com/ .org/, etc. (to ensure that there isn't a problem with two slashes in the link).

A Web browser always puts the trailing slash after .com or .org, etc so this is a great standard to follow. It just makes 100% sense.

Now just fix the first example!! :P
