What is ESR?
Who is it for?
Firefox ESR is intended for groups who deploy and maintain the desktop environment in large organizations such as universities and other schools, county or city governments and businesses.
Who is it not for?
Individual users who always want the latest features, performance enhancements and technologies in their browser without waiting for them to become available in ESR several development cycles later.

So it is good or not ? better than new versions?
what its different then latest one...???
There´s really nothing better or worse about ESR versions of Firefox.
These are long term support releases, update cycles are longer (about a year). They´re targeted mainly for mass deployment, like large organizations, schools, universities government services and corporate businesses, where there´s no need to constantly update Firefox standard release versions, because it consumes time, energy and resources.
BTW, the lastest Firefox ESR version is 24.
