Hey,

I'm using Cyberfox (X64 Firefox-based) and I'm facing a slow-down in scrolling pages up and down using touchpad edge-scroll

how can I tweak it to be like other windows?

Reset all default settings, if nothing don't changed, You can uninstall it permanently - it means to remome not only Cyberfox, but also all registry keys related to Cyberfox and User data from folder (Your driver letter=>) C:\Users\Your Username\AppData\Roaming\ and now I don't know (because I do not have it installed), have You folder Mozilla or Cyberfox - find there folder Profiles and delete it. (You will lose all bookmarks, extensions, etc - but You can make backup of your bookmarks).

If everything is clean, reinstall clean Cyberfox. If then the same error occur, then You must ask from Cybers.

First off, have you checked your scroll settings for your touchpad? Secondly, is there a specific reason you're using Cyberfox? If you're not going to have 4GB or more of tabs open or something else in Cyberfox taking up that much memory, then there's no reason to use it over Firefox.

If nothing else helps, you could try using a smooth scroll add-on, and calibrate it for extra sensitivity.

i'm installing it over a new win 8.1 installation so it's already clean

it's already smooth yet slow....I mean i want it go down more further like other browsers eg. IE

Open about:config, then type this:

mousewheel.default.delta_multiplier_y

Change the value to 200 or something, and see if it works for you.

Sorry for late reply.

Honestly, I don't know. However, y should do both up and down, not sure why it's not working for up for you.
