Windows 8.1 is update for windows 8, so antivirus for windows 8 is compatible for 8.1 too. cmiiw

Try Emsisoft Anti-Malware with beta updates enabled.It works according to Emsisoft support staff.

not quite true windows 8.1 has many changes and breaks compatbilty with most antiviruses

Latest NOD and Avast beta versions also work. But all AV will work not long after 18th October when Win8.1 officially released and AV vendors have tested for compatability.

Just enjoy, your not even supposed to be using Win8.1, never mind expect all softwares to work with it. :D

is more important to find a work around to install Comodo firewall. changing values in regedit doesn't work anymore, so if anyone knows a new way to install it, please share your knowledge.

yes used it but not lik kaspersky internet security 2014
