Cause there is no lick Windows 8 OEM Key yet also there is more security manipulating OEM Boot. M$ Learn alot from past Windows 7 OEM Manipulating and leak Lenova OEM Key.

Also as far as know Microsoft close the door offline OEM Bios for windows 8 all the action going through online therefore i do not think this will happen but once again nothing is not impossible.. :)

there is no such thing as a mass oem key for windows 8 each install has diffrent key so unlike 7/vista days where a leaked key could not be blocked in windows 8 any and every leaked key can/will most likely be blocked

The only safe method of activating Windows 8 sorta-offline is through KMS Emulation.
