same again are you sure you are using right edition

This retail key will only work on Office 2013 MSDN or Retail Edition it wont work other edition such as Pre- install trial edition

also........ have you tried to activate this office using VL Mak Key or any other KMS Activator if you did see the instruction below you need to delete all the keys also scan your system:

1. There is an instruction under one the spoiler tag about >>>>>> How to delete your block keys in Office 2013

2. If you tried any KMS Activator delete the KMS Server there

3. Last think you can do

Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:
sfc /scannow

After that send us installation ID again key is still working but something is blocking you getting right ID.!

Need some help, today I have reinstalled my windows and discovered that my old codes for Office, visio and prject didn't work. It worked so many times in the past but today Office, visio and project generated another code with my old keys. Here is my new codes, I can't call Skype because I do not have a mic.
