If there is a problem and it still does not update , please go into regedit , do I go to RUN (windows + R ) then type regedit

After that go to KEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ software \ policies \ microsoft \ office \ 15.0 \ Common \ OfficeUpdate

Then adjust the following reg key :

DWORD : EnableAutomaticUpdates

Value :

0 = disabled automatic updates1 = Automatic Updates is enabled

DWORD : HideEnableDisableUpdates

Value :

1 = Hide menu option to enable or disable automatic updates0 = display menu option to enable or disable automatic updates

Good luck
