I tried it on a clean Windows 7 x64 SP1 installation with the Dutch x64 installer of EAV 7.0. During the activation process, it hangs at the screen with the types of activation. So it doesn't go down to the 'activate trial' option, it does nothing. However, using the fix after installation did in fact work, virus database updates included. I have just activated 3 different machines (2 Win7 x32 and 1 Win8 x64) and all are working and updating flawlessly.NOTE: I first installed latest v7 from Nsane, activated trial, then booted into Safe Mode and ran ESET PureFix v2.03.
