Rumor Wii60 Remote First Images

If you recall some months back claims we're flying around that Microsoft was developing it's own motion sensing Wii-Remote knock off controllers. Well if you wanted something to get the rumor mill going the above image will probably do it. MTV News News received the above image from one of their top secret ninja sources claiming it was the first stages of what the Wii60-Remote would look like.

Development of the controller is being handled to a degree by internal developer Rare. This would fall in line with previous claims that the developers new XBLA game The Fast and the Furriest would call for use of a "a wand type input device for gesture recognition."

While it would be no surprise if the above image had some truth to it, as Microsoft has been pushing into casual gaming for some time now, you can't help but think it's gonna be another one of those accessories that further marginalizes a games selling power.
